Nevada Day 2017

What fun we had sponsoring and volunteering for The 2017 Nevada Day Classic Race. We couldn't have done it without help from Eta Iota Chapter. 

Nevada Day Classic - Volunteer!

We are sponsoring and volunteering for the Nevada Day Classic Race! All proceeds go to the Carson City Guide Dogs!

The race is on October 28th and after the race is the volunteer breakfast and Nevada Day Parade in Carson City. We have been asked for volunteers on the 27th and the 28th.

On Friday October 27th: at 2PM they need help decorating the packet pickup area They need us from 2-4PM to be able to do that! And then from 4-8PM they need 3 gals to hand out race packets and 4 gals get last minute people registered.

On Saturday October 28th from 5:30-8AM they need 3 gals to hand out race packets and 3 girls to get people registered.

On both of those days with the extra volunteers they ask for girls to go around asking people to buy raffle tickets.

The HI chapter is also going to be there volunteering, so this is a great way to meet some of the new members and see what the chapter is up to!

It takes a lot of time and volunteers to pull of a successful recruitment. Of course the Chapter does the heavy-lifting, but they need the support, guidance and help from their Advisors and local Panhellenic to make it a reality.
